If you love the easy care of cherry shrimps, you'll love the Blue Dream Rili! They're color is amazing and extremely active and prolific. They will cross breed with other neo-cardinia, so you might want to keep them separated. We keep ours at 72F with PH of 7.0. They can handle a variety of water parameters, but it's recommended to keep water clean for them to thrive.
